Senior Strategy Consultant
What to expect
We produce digital brand identities, customer experience strategies, digital product & service design, websites, portals & mobile apps, online & blended learning and brand and product campaigns for clients like Grohe, Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, Seat, Ratiopharm or Volkswagen. For this we are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to support our 12-person team with immediate effect.
.Your tasks
As a Senior Strategy Consultant* at THIS, you will consult with our clients and create strategies in the areas of brand positioning, websites, online training, blended learning experiences, service design, and customer experience design. You work closely with the client and internal team to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Requirements analysis: you conduct interviews, review documents, and design user surveys.
- Workshop design and facilitation: you design a workshop, facilitate it, and consolidate the results - on-site and remotely.
- Strategy papers and presentations: You document your results in a self-explanatory format.
- Conceptualization: You define the information architecture, formats and texts of websites and online trainings in sitemaps and wireframes.
You bring along
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- An in-depth knowledge of digital channels, formats, trends and user experience principles.
- A confident demeanor and good communication skills.
- Fluent, error-free spoken and written German and English.
- Experience in facilitating workshops.
- Experience in creating strategy presentations.
- Experience in creating personas, customer journeys or related strategy models.
- BUT ABOVE ALL: Curiosity, openness and flexibility to learn about new topics, industries and customer needs.
