The Customer
Allianz SE, headquartered in Munich, is a listed insurance group founded in 1890 and one of the largest insurers in the world.
The Challenge
In the event of an accident, how can overwhelmed insurees be offered the uncomplicated help they need in their situation and how can the accident be adequately recorded?
Our Work
We were able to support Allianz by moderating and consulting in two service design workshops and delivered the user experience and interface design of a mobile and desktop motorclaims prototype.
The Result
Immediately after the project, the service was developed as a web and native app and successfully rolled out in several Allianz markets.
