Open Systems is an international provider of managed security services based in Switzerland. The company offers solutions for cyber security and network management. With a strong focus on innovation and prevention, Open Systems supports its customers worldwide in operating their IT infrastructure efficiently and securely.
The Challenges
Open Systems offers customised solutions for the specific security requirements of each customer. However, the specification of the requirements is extensive and the products require a great deal of explanation. How can a sales tool help to put together a suitable offer and sell it successfully?
Our Work
We specified the requirements and the perfect user flow as part of a workshop, created a service blueprint to define the necessary systems, processes and responsibilities and developed the UX/UI design of an exemplary configuration process.
The Result
We helped Open Systems to streamline and optimise their sales process and to develop a vision of how a digital sales tool can make this process more efficient and successful across all phases. In addition, we designed a user experience that radically shortens the onboarding time of new sales employees and makes the work of experienced sales employees easier.

On-demand information and interaction formats explain the objectives, benefits and functionality of products and services that require explanation.
