The Customer
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is a global pharmaceutical company. It is one of the world's largest manufacturers of generic pharmaceuticals and offers a wide range of prescription and over-the-counter medicines. Teva strives to improve healthcare worldwide. Innovation and efficiency are at the centre of the company's strategy.
The Challenges
Patients, doctors, pharmacists, carers, nurses ... What digital services does Teva need to offer its target groups to support the marketing and correct use of its products and successful treatment? And how can Teva roll out this offering efficiently in markets with different legal and economic frameworks?
Our Work
We developed a digital, needs-based service architecture, digitised the corporate design and set up a design system. We also created the user experience design for the most important websites, shops, patient and specialist portals in 8 markets and managed the international development partners.
The Result
Our project resulted in the successful implementation of six digital portals in eight markets and seven languages for four of Teva's sub-brands. The corporate design guidelines we developed and the components of the module catalogue formed the basis for all future digital presences of Teva and its sub-brands worldwide.
