How we developed our own platform to support our customers in empowering their sales.
The Customer
The Sales COMPANION is distributed by us as a product and is already being used by renowned companies such as GROHE, Vodafone and ERGO.
The Challenges
Markets are changing faster, customers are better informed and salespeople are often not sufficiently equipped. So we asked ourselves: How can we provide them with the knowledge and materials they need to inspire their customers efficiently and reliably, from onboarding to the sales pitch and follow-up?
Our Work
We operate the platform completely independently, starting with the requirements and competition analysis through to conceptualisation and brand positioning. We are also responsible for the user experience and user interface design, programming, marketing and ongoing development.
Our Approach
Sales COMPANION was developed in close collaboration with sales experts and sales teams from several companies. The optimisation and expansion of the platform is based on user data and the wishes or requirements of our customers.
The Result
The platform we developed accompanies sales employees from onboarding to the sales meeting through to follow-up with inspiring training, clear presentation materials and customisable digital customer brochures. This makes them better informed, more self-confident and more successful in sales. We are constantly working on the further development of the tool - which is why our customers benefit from regular updates and upgrades.
